“It’s Not A Mob!” Antifa Terrorists Attacks NYC GOP Headquarters

Are you still sure it’s not a mob? On Thursday night, the New York City headquarters of the Republican party was struck by vandals. It wasn’t a minor attack, either. Windows were smashed, the locks were glued shut and Antifa symbols were sprayed on the building along with other vulgarities. And just to make sure that there was no question as to who was responsible or why they did it, the attackers left a note. (ABC New York)

The New York Republican New York City headquarters at the Metropolitan Republican Club was vandalized Thursday evening.

It happened around 1:30 a.m. at the location on East 83rd Street on Upper East Side, where windows were broken, doors were spray-painted and glue was put in the locks and on the handles. A threatening message was also left at the scene, telling Republicans the “attack is merely beginning.”

“Tonight, we put the Republican Party on notice, in defiance to the policy of mass misery they championed,” the note read. “The US government has established concentration camps around the country for Latino people, shamelessly murder black people, and continues its war machine that has slaughtered Muslim people with impunity for decades.”

Ed Cox, the Chairman of the state GOP, issued the following statement in response.

In the middle of the night, the New York Republican New York City headquarters at the Metropolitan Republican Club was physically vandalized by anti-Republican forces. The perpetrators broke windows, spray-painted the doors with an anarchist symbol used by Antifa activists and destroyed the keypad door lock. They also left a threatening note that their ‘attack is merely the beginning.’

“This attack has no place in society and must be condemned by Governor Cuomo, Senators Gillibrand and Schumer, and all Democratic officials. Governor Cuomo has said conservatives have no place in New York and the inciteful rhetoric coming from Democrats like Eric Holder, Hillary Clinton, Maxine Waters is dangerous and must be stopped before someone gets hurt.

The fact that this happened is sadly not much of a surprise given the current climate. Plenty of people in both government and the media have pumped up the #RESIST movement and encouraged “confrontational” tactics, so seeing violence and crime follow close behind was almost a given. That’s particularly true in the cities, where you can round up an angry mob far easier than out in the sticks.

But there’s one question we should be asking and it has more to do with the police and the residents and employees who frequent this area. How are there no leads on suspects yet? The cops are saying that the attack took place at 1:30 in the morning. We’re talking about the Upper East Side in the Big Apple. You know… the city that never sleeps? The Metropolitan Republican Club is literally around the corner from St Ignatius Loyola Church on Park Avenue. Speaking as someone who has spent far too much time in that city, the neighborhood would have been buzzing with people, even at that time of the morning.

How on Earth did a group of people manage to break that much glass and create all the rest of the damage without somebody seeing them and calling the cops? Speaking of which, the club is less than three blocks from the NYPD’s 19th Precinct station. It certainly seems like a quick 911 call could have had someone on the scene rapidly enough, assuming anyone in New York City is actually interested in stopping a crime being committed against Republicans.

If the Democrats can’t keep their animals in line, law enforcement needs to be out there busting some heads and getting the message across. This is no longer “spirited debate” or anything related to politics. It’s mob rule and if we can’t keep a lid on this then all that talk you’ve been hearing about a new civil war may not be quite as hyperbolic as we’d hoped.

Women accuse Poverello House of allowing Biological Male resident to sexually harass them

Nine women have sued the Poverello House, one of the largest service providers for homeless people in the Fresno area, for allegedly allowing a transgender resident to sexually harass them during their stay at the nonprofit’s women’s shelter.

Poverello House attorney Cynthia Lawrence denied the allegations, saying no staff member knowingly allowed harassment to occur. She added that the nonprofit provides necessary community services and complies with federal and state laws, including those that require equal access to services for transgender individuals.

Peter Kapetan, the Fresno attorney representing the women, said the lawsuit has a chance to establish far-reaching case law on a variety of transgender issues, including whether shelters should use any sort of guidelines to determine who can stay where in gender-specific facilities.

“It’s a fascinating case because there’s a competing interest between women’s rights and LGBTQ rights,” Kapetan told The Bee in an interview.

The lawsuit says each of the women were staying at Naomi’s House, which is part of the Poverello House’s main campus in downtown Fresno, in November 2017. They were homeless at the time.

An individual identified in the lawsuit as a transgender woman and described as “a male who identifies as female” was also staying at Naomi’s House. That person is not named in court documents and is referred to by initials.

Women staying at the shelter must shower each day, the lawsuit says. Although they shower separately in individual stalls, the women must dress and undress in a common area and place their possessions in crates before and after each shower.

It was during these moments, the lawsuit says, when the transgender woman began making lewd comments to the women, specifically saying things about their breasts and other body features as the group was nude. Some of the women also caught her looking at them through cracks in the shower stalls and while they used the restroom.

The lawsuit claims the alleged harasser showed some of the women nude pictures and videos, including media that showed the transgender woman masturbating.

Kapetan said his clients told Poverello House staff about the harassment, but were told they had to be more accepting of the transgender community.

A White Woman, Teresa Klein, Called the Police on a Black Child She Falsely Said Groped Her

Remember Emmit Till

A white woman who called the police after claiming that a young black boy touched her behind in a Brooklyn deli drew a storm of ridicule and criticism on social media, and late on Friday she made a public apology to the child.

Critics characterized the incident as the latest example of a hypersensitive white person calling the police to report black people for dubious reasons. Many detractors imputed racist motives to the woman, Teresa Klein.

She was quickly labeled “Cornerstore Caroline” by Jason Littlejohn, 37, a lifelong Flatbush resident who recorded the commotion on Wednesday outside of the Sahara Deli Market on Albemarle Road. Mr. Littlejohn’s Facebook recording of the incident had been viewed 4 million times by Friday evening.

Biology Deniers Smeared Rector of Edinburgh University as ‘Transphobic’ for Retweeting Women’s Event

https://www.nationalreview.com/corner/rector-of-edinburgh-university-smeared-as-transphobic-for-retweeting-event/

“Content Warning: Transphobia.” So begins a news report from Edinburgh University’s student paper, The Student. The report reads:

Ann Henderson, Rector of the University of Edinburgh, has been seen affirmatively responding to tweets by transphobic organisations.

Henderson’s official Twitter account retweeted about a drop-in session meeting titled “How will changes to the Gender Recognition Act [GRA] affect women’s rights?” event is supported by the organisations Fair Play For Women, Transgender Trend and Woman’s Place, all of which promote transphobic rhetoric.

The Gender Recognition Act 2004 is a U.K. law which allows persons over the age of 18 with gender dysphoria to legally change gender if they provide medical certification and proof that they have lived as the opposite gender for at least two years. However, the law is currently under review as the Government considers whether to remove these prerequisites and lower the age to 16. Naturally, this proposal is quite controversial.

So, to clarify: Henderson retweeted an event, where the title was framed as a question related to this possible change in the law. Notwithstanding, The Student’s report continues:

Edinburgh Labour Students Chair, Andrew Wilson, spoke to The Student: “Ann retweeting this seems completely contrary to the work EUSA [Edinburgh University Students’ Association] is doing on the GRA consultation. This could also be seen as her endorsing these transphobic organisations which are in complete conflict to all of… [the Students’ Association’s] policy/safe space policy. Edinburgh Labour Students wishes to reiterate that as long as Ann continues to sideline the legitimate concerns of minority groups, we do not support her holding office in the Labour Party, or our own university.

Of course, these allegedly “transphobic” organizations represent a range of feminist and parental perspectives which many readers would find commonsensical. Nevertheless, this is how the university responded:

A spokesperson for the University of Edinburgh said, “The Rector posted these links/made these comments in a personal capacity. The university’s position is one of zero tolerance towards harassment, bullying, discrimination and victimisation of any kind — this includes zero tolerance towards transphobia.”

One might reasonably wonder whether this includes “zero tolerance towards harassment, bullying, discrimination and vicimisation” of those who simply recognize the existence of the Gender Recognition Act’s surrounding controversies. After all, that’s all Henderson did. But Edinburgh University’s failure to defend its Rector — who has done nothing wrong — will no doubt make her refutation of these baseless smears more difficult.

Toronto: A Masculinized feminist activist Gabriela Skwarko assaulted pro-life protester on campus

Police are investigating an incident in Toronto caught on camera where an abortion protester attacked a female pro-life activist.

Gabriela “Gabby” Skwarko, a student at Ryerson University in Ontario who works for the school’s Office of Social Innovation and is part of the Ryerson Reproductive Justice Collective, is seen in a video attacking two members of Toronto Against Abortion (TAA).

“I was shocked and terrified,” TAA Director Katie Somers told Fox News. “When I cried out in pain I kind of thought she would leave me alone but it seemed to make no difference to her.”

Blaise Alleyne, president and founder of TAA, said Skwarko launched the attack out of nowhere as the anti-abortion group was getting to wrap up for the day.

“I don’t like seeing my friends get beat up in the street,” Alleyne said. “We’re in the business of exposing violence to end it. We’re shining a light on this deplorable behavior. Assaulting somebody for having a conversation is not acceptable. We want to expose it and end it.”

Skwarko allegedly targeted Somers and Alleyne for their role in the pro-life group. She kicked over signs, fell on top of one, landing on Somers. Then she threw a metal cart at Somers and ran toward her, grabbed her backpack and reached in, took out her stainless steel water bottle, and threw it on the ground. She shoved Somers and then bumped Alleyne in the chest.

“Let’s go! C’mon,” Skwarko said, taunting the pro-life advocates. EMS and police were immediately called. The Toronto Police Service and the Ryerson Student Conduct Office are currently investigating the situation.

Skwardo is temporarily forbidden from contacting Alleyene, who is a part-time student at Ryerson, and from going within 100 meters of him or any pro-life demonstration he is involved in.

As a result of Skwarko’s attack, Somers has taken time off work to heal, including an injury to her wrist and bruising down her right leg.

The incident comes just a day after a video went viral of a pro-choice activist, Jordan Hunt, a Toronto hairstylist who lost his job and was arrested last week for violently kicking a female pro-life activist after he tried to steal on of their signs.
